Lump Metallic Bordeaux

LUMP, is a petit sculpture inspired by Picasso’s favorite dog.  The Spanish painter had many dogs throughout his life but there was, without a doubt, a special one: LUMP. The only one that Picasso welcomed in his lap, a short hair teckel, a gift from photographer David Douglas Duncan, great friend of Picasso.

His love was so deep, that this teckel was the only dog Picasso could work with. Even they slept together.

Picasso said: “Lump is not a dog, it is not a small man, it´s something else”. This beautiful story leads Felipao want to pay an homage to LUMP.

SIZES:

Its dimensions are: 18cm long x 9cm high x 6cm wide (7 inches  long x 3.5 inches  high x 2.3 inches wide). Presented in an elegant custom-made box.
